Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and we have established a clear refund policy to ensure that our customers are informed and fully understand the terms & conditions under which they are able to receive a refund.
Adjustment and Modification Requests:
For adjustment and modification requests that call for a refund and are submitted 14 days or more prior to the check-in date, a full refund will be granted, as long as the request does not involve entire cancellation.
Modification Requests within 14 Days of Check-In:
International Convention & Expo Housing does not accept modification requests within 14 days prior to the check-in date. Therefore, no refunds will be made for modification requests submitted within 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Early Check-Outs and No-Shows:
International Convention & Expo Housing does not offer any credit for early check-outs or no-shows. If you fail to arrive on the check-in date and have not canceled your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Case-by-Case Basis:
Whenever applicable, International Convention & Expo Housing will try its best to overrule this policy on a case-by-case basis. However, since overruling terms and conditions is not always possible, we recommend that our clients comply with the 14 days prior to check-in cutoff date to avoid any unnecessary costs or fees.
