Cancellation Policy
Reservation Cancellation and Modification Policy:
- Modifications or partial cancellations can be requested, (INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION & EXPO HOUSING) will use its best efforts to accomplish those requests, but does not guarantee that such modifications or partial cancellations can be made, or that they can be made at the original contract rate.
- If any reservation is modified or partially cancelled prior to 14 days before the check-in date, no fee will be assessed therefore, but each modification or partial cancellation made within 14 days prior to check- in will incur a charge equal to your contract price of one night’s accommodation, plus any additional taxes, fees and/or costs incurred by (INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION & EXPO HOUSING) as a result of the modification.
- If the entire reservation is cancelled, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of your total contract price. This fee is not a penalty but is a liquidated damage to compensate (INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION & EXPO HOUSING) for services performed on your behalf yet (INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION & EXPO HOUSING) reserves the right to waive this cancellation fee at any time at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis by providing a travel booking credit equivalent to the cancellation fee amount to be used through (INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION & EXPO HOUSING) valid for 180 days from issuance date, in case booking 9+ rooms this will be considered group reservations and different cancellation policy may apply.
- All changes and cancellation requests must be sent in writing Via email to support@ice-housing.com.
- No cancellations whatsoever will be accepted after 7 calendar days prior to the check-in date and (INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION & EXPO HOUSING) provides no credit or refund for no-shows or early check-outs.
